I’m Chelsea . I’m a wife, mom to two boys, Special Needs Assistant and owner of this wonderful business.

Starr Luxury Creations was born at the end of 2020 beginning of 2021. With lock down and being at home it gave me the time to sit back, research and make a plan to start a small business. The wedding world part of my business came about just at the start of 2023 and it’s gone from strength to strength.. 

I have been blessed with the loveliest customers a small business owner could ever ask for!!!
